Kishi Has Done Well To Balance Naruto and Sasuke.

It proves that if you cannot control both eyes you cannot use susanoom so Sasuke obviously can use susanoo but he cannot control tsukoyomi. How do you explain that???
And your proof for sasuke having tsukoyomi is a picture of B in black.Sorry but you cannot expect me to accept this as an unquestionable proof.Also, I dont know how old is that databook. Maybe it will be updated soon. According to the databook Sai is stronger than naruto. But now Naruto is stronger, the story developed on.

He can control Tsukuyomi... just not like Itachi can. And why would Kishimoto approve this requirement then change it?

You need Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to be able to use Susano'o... and Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi.

If sasuke managed to get perfect susano then yes but I have not mentioned loads of other techs from the two, naruto has more and all this might be to much for sasuke.

Itachi said that Uchihas spammed izanagi thats why it had to be stopped, so I dont think that Uchiha's spent their whole life stealing senju dna...and then if they could steal senju dna, then senju could steal sharingan from dead Uchihas too, but its not said they used izanagi ...

Does it say that every Uchiha could use it? No. It only says that more than one person was using it.

Does it say that Senju DNA is not required? No.

Why was it called an Uchiha technique? Maybe because it required the eye of an Uchiha.
