One of the best? No, sakura best fight, yes.

Obviously it's Sakura's best fight - it's pretty much her only true fight, but for me, it's one of the best, or rather, most memorable ones in the long run. It was also very tactical and shinobi-like, with the puppeteer's tricks.

Yes, absolutely. I really liked her at that part, fighting Sasori with Chiyo. She was tough, powerful and clever. That fight is still one of the best in the whole series imho. And after that she only played very minor roles here and there, like clobbering the caterpillar summon in the Pain arc. She didn't get another main plot fight where she was the main focus. Again, I'm no fan, but it's kinda shameful.

Maybe Kishi can't flow through her character in the manga.
I mean; her biggest development and change came after a time skip; but nothing actually flow through step by step.

Like happened with Sasuke or Naruto (first came from training, then wind element, then SM, then kyuubi etc.)

Sakura got a huge step up through a time skip we never saw; after that; nothing seen from her, then in last chapters; she drops out yin seal and summoning from sky. As i said she did not develop stage by stage like other main characters.
