i was watching some good ole dragon ball and came across the master roshi vs king piccolo fight. During this fight i saw master roshi use hand signs and his ki looked like chakra and he used a sealing pot. So after watching the fight i couldnt help but this kishi watched master roshis fight and got the idea of using chakra and hand signs
