Next chap sakura will heal sasuke karin will heal nardo. Karins life force should be enough for naruto but sasuke could get healed other ways like the jutsu hashi gave could be regen or juugo could heal him again.

I don't think madara is gona give sasuke time to heal. He may be after his eyes or something butit woud be too cliche if he did. Sasuke is not out of this yet, his got something up his girly sleeves

Actually for Sasuke. Everyone is too far away and Sakura is headed in the other direction. The way things r now Sasuke's only chance for survival is Rinnengan.
