Dude, do you even know why Obito didn't targeted Kushina besides the moment during her birth? It's because he couldn't extract the Kyuubi from Kushina - the seal was too strong. During birth, the seal weakens because the energy that is used to maintain the seal is diverted to the baby's needs. Thus, Kushina was in a very weakened state after she gave birth to Naruto. Add the fact that Kurama was extracted from her shortly afterwards and that means Kushina was in an extremely feeble state. Yet she managed to contained a full Kyuubi Lol
