i find it funny how most of the people that disagree, doesnt even know what development is

development is way more than just showing battles or healing people, development is how, when and why the author display and improve characters to be way they currently are

It's pretty hard for an average male to develop a female character that other females can relate too or be content with. It's obviously not his strength. I'm a male and I know how to draw males on instinct, but for me too draw a decent female I need a reference.

I don't remember dbz or really any other anime for that matter that I can name of the top of my head, develop females any better. In One piece and Bleach they all have big boobs and skimpy outfits with a teasing personality.

Get out of here. We have badasses like Konan, who ****ed Obito up(on of the main villains!) Tsunade crushed Madara's Susanoo and if he weren't Edo, he'd be dead already.
Younger generation is much worse ofc, but they're still growing. Look at Ino's recent feats for example!
