Seeing as how Kishi is trolling us nowadays (everyone wants to become Hokage, Madara being fixated on hashirama-sama, Minato gettin KCM/BM just like that) I'm afraid these things might get left out:
Uchiha Shisui using his mangekyo sharingan and sunshin no jutsu,
White Fang and what made him stronger than the legendary sannins as stated by Minato,
Minato's clan,
Jiraiya's clan/family,
Mysterious history of both uzumaki and hyuuga clans (seeing as how they both are related to senju and uchiha clans respectively),
Yamato and his clan (how come he didn't die in orochimaru's experiment),
Some stages for Byakugan,
Uzumaki clans' leader who was shown with shodai hokage,
Sons of Rikudou Sennin.
