Seriously the point of reading other people's writings is so you can read the thoughts of intelligent and creative authors and see what they want to do with their story not because some deep rooted urge from when you were a 5 year old to get exactly what you want and for the plot to go exactly as you believe it should. If you'd like a story with what you want go write fan fiction or something otherwise just keep enjoying the manga you've likely been reading for free and stop complaining about him giving power ups to characters you don't like and let the story take its course.
