Like obito said chakra connects the livings world with the other world so the other world is like another dimension.
So if you have a jutsu that allows you to go through other dimensions ( kamui or kaguya's power ) , you can go to the world of living.
That's what obito did.
The only people who were able to use PS were madara and sasuke and that was after they acquired EMS.
So how did kakashi use PS without EMS ? I think it's because obito had NV hax ( hashi cells ) that allowed him to use MS non-stop without losing its light so it's basically EMS .
Also obito said tbat the power be gave to kakashi is temporary so I think it's obito using PS not really kakashi ( consider him a vessel lel )
So kishi hasn't done anything .....awkward

obito shouldn't even have chakra left considering he used so much of it to go through kaguya dimesions. then after he spammed kamui some more then, they say kakashi can maintain a ps because he got chakra from obito which is funny.
