Kishi contradicted himself in Madara and Hashirama as successors?

I know everything he's done is perfect until now, but there's a contradiction as I might see.​

Now we all know that Rikudo's sons are Indra and Ashura.

Indra was a genius. He excelled at everything. Had battle intuition and was skilled at everything, whereas on the other hand Ashura was opposite to indra. He's depicted as an unskilled flunky useless dropout, but later on became as skilled as Indra.

Comparing them to Madara and Hashirama. Madara was always inferior to Hashirama (when they were younger). He worked to achieve the power and killed relatives to unlock MS, and took his brother's eyes to obtain EMS in order to fight Hashirama; Hashirama was more skilled and had a strong arsenal due to his wood style from the start.

Now, Indra is supposed to be superior, yet he's transmigrated into Madara who was inferior (when they were younger, not at this very moment), and Ashura, who is inferior, transmigrated into Hashirama, who was superior.

I don't know if I'd missed something, but that is what the manga showed.

Note that I never meant or said that Hashirama didn't train for his skills, for he also did so.​

They aren't literal reincarnations of the same person, they don't take on every attribute of Indra or Ashura. This was confirmed by the sage when he said that Naruto was a bit different from the previous reincarnations.

This ^^^^^ Also Ashura was not dumb or stupid. Just dyslexic at ninjutsu lol like rock lee. Reincarnstions are not always exactly the same. And naruto is NOT ashura. Ashura just CHOSE him to reside in.

It's true that Hashirama was stronger than Madara. But even though they were the reincarnations of Ashura and Indra, that doesn't mean they should be of the same level or should be in the same order (in strength and power wise)
The important thing was that they still battled with each other for their whole lives over Peace.

On the other hand if the story was repeated it would be boring... also Indra and Ashura lived on a time completely different from Hashi and Madara... maybe Hashi was stronger than Madara as a result of Ashura's way of Ninja...he became strong with the help of friends and the next generations inherited this trait and passed it on to the next... Ashura was the first generation and his mistakes lead to Hashi's way of ninja...As for Indra, he might have dies clinging to his ideals in which with power you can achieve peace... that is why there is no progress in the way Madara acted...
