Because female are male counterpart. Female and male depend on each other, live together and form society. Your mother is a female. Female give birth to children and are responsible for childbearing in some cultures. Why would you hate them?

I don't usually like animes where the girl is the final villain, but hating that character only because she's a girl is too much. Also, Kaguya is the goddess of Narutoverse, she's the creator of chakra, and she's the one who planned infinite tsukoyomi. Unless Kaguya is shown to be like Sakura, it's very likely that she will be a good final villain. Kishimoto has ruined most female characters in Naruto, Kaguya is the saving grace
