I personally feel that Kishi, when he has time.. he goes through a lot of fan comments and mail and determine what he should do. By looking at it, i feel he did the latest chapter the way he did because so many questions were being asked and so much confusion was taking place. However, it seems as if it caused more chaos in the base lol. At the same time I do feel as well that he had the story line plotted out before hand but, not to every single detail. I wonder, how does everyone else feel about this.
