I remember somewhere it was said that the 1st hokage distributed the bijuus among all the counties/villages or w/e to share the power and gain peace or something like that. So i was wondering how the Lighting Country or Village(idk) has two Jinchuuris .. KillerBee and Yugito?

I think he distributed them as their element, like the village call Hidden Cloud" is basic on lightning element, and the 3 tail beast and 8 tail beast, their element is lightning. The same goes to the beast Gaara once had, his element was sand, and keep going.

Except that isn't a fact.

Nii Yugito was from the Hidden Cloud village, but her Bijuu, the two-tails, was a fire type.
The 8-tails has similarly not yet shown any affinity for lightning.

Sand isn't an element either.

Though much of what you said is true, sand IS an element a mixture between rock and wind in the sam way ice is a mixture between ice and wind and lava is a mix between fire and rock and wood is a mix between earth and water
