Nah man, there's not gonna be two chapters, it means one chapter for two weeks. I thought the same as you at first but if you click the home page and see the thread on the top right corner that says "No new manga this week" or whatever it is, you'll see the explanation of what a double issue means.
OT: I would be a f***in miracle if we got 30 pages in one chapter.
