Kisame's Perfect Rival

I think I might start posting in the Versus section, but I want to propose quality matches, not just "Powerhouse with restrictions vs. Fodder." Also, I can be absent-minded and miss obvious details that give a character/team a decisive win. It just ticks everyone off.

So the question is: Who do you think is Kisame's perfect rival in a taijutsu & weapons only fight (not including Gai because I want to do something new)?

No ninjutsu, genjutsu, dojutsu, etc... just CQC and/or weapons. Imagine the fight on flat terrain.

I welcome all relevant information with an open mind.

Foot speed/combat speed/reflexes are too fast for Kisame.

The guy was so many steps ahead that a Juubi Jin was caught out by his speed of carrying out a plan of action. He also has feats of dodging SM Alive Madara's physical attacks even when his own power wasn't at its peak. The same Madara who went on a blitzing spree against SM Naruto et al.
