Well, it would be 1 helluva battle but Gai is just his worst possible enemy. Hirudora can still put him down as well as morning peacock,the problem for him would be Kisame's healing factor which will draw the battle out for awhile. He think he could pull it out hi maybe even extreme diff. Guy himself is underrated, they would make a good tag team.

Pretty sure Kisame could tank a crappy lightning attack. This isn't Pokemon.

ive actually come up with atheory on another thread the other day. kisames water prison shark dance technique would be useless against minato because he is able to teleport where is shuriken is so he would simply throw it in one direction and swim as fast as he can in another technically all he would have to do is be able to dodge and incoming attack if neccessary. and also he has Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique and other various amphibious toad summonings.
