Kakashi solos. Kisame is quickly dealt with Kamui GG, before he can become dangerous with waterdome and giant Suiton ninjutsu, and Suigetsu and Zabuza are easily speedblitzed with Raikiri/Raiden after Asuma sweeps away the Kirigakure no jutsu with his Fuuton ninjutsu.

I agree Kakashi can Kamui his head while gathering chakra for it. But if it's already headed for Kakashi it's too massive to Kamui.

Kamui takes way less time than using GSB and Kakashi can see it coming.
