Kisame still takes this... Kisame fought on par with Killer Bee in a Kenjutsu battle... Killer Bee destroyed Ms Sasuke in a Kenjutsu battle... Also any version of Shippuden Sasuke is out of Tsunade league in terms of speed... Katsuya won't be much here all Kisame has to do is keep his distance with it since she only has one offensive tech and that's to spit acid... Not to mention Kisame could get much faster and versatile after absorbing Sameheda/Samehada how ever you spell it...

Even So Tsunade Can just grab the Sword at the right moment and Snap it with her Monstrous Strength And I don't think Ksame has shown many combat feats that are comparable to Tsunade so Yea She Wins Mid-Low Difficulty

You forgot he survived an evening tiger from 7 gates gai which packs a way bigger punch then tsunades punch

Kisame is not Zetsu, he can survive Tsunade's punches.

If samehada can slash Tsunade repeatedly, Kisame wins. Otherwise he loses, because he doesn't have the regenerative ability to keep up with Tsunade. Katsuyu could be a deciding factor in this match

Tsunade Doesn't only have Chakra enhanced Strength She has raw strength Check the databook she has 5 for raw strength.So even if her chakra is drained She has the raw strength she actually earned.other than strength Tsunade Has That nerve blow where she converts her chakra into electricity to attack the nerve this should be effective as Kisame is half Water.If Tsunade's Chakra is somehow drained She can realease the seal.So eah
