Kisame vs. Tsunade

they both start at full health,stamina,and chakra

they are fighting at the current area where the five kage are fighting madara

Kisame makes a crater and fills it up with water and summons the sharks. OR he fuses with Samaheda creates his super water dome thingy and takes a lifetime to sucks up all of Tsunade's chakra and her reserves. She starts floating and can't summon, Kisame with the sharks again. Pretty sure she can't beat him because if him getting Lariat by Killer Bee in his Version 2 form and survived mainly because of Samaheda. Also Kisame is strong at Taijutsu.

If kisame uses taijutsu,he is screwed. If he uses water dome,she can summon katsuya as a standing point over the dome. Kisame ot tsunade win high diff.
