Against Muu, Kisame makes a small lake via Bakusui Shōha and set's up several Water Clones as he himself hides below the surface. If Muu appears in an attempt to Jinton Kisame, a Daikodan can be prepared to counter act the technique. If he splits and tries to take the clones by surprise, the original can use their suiton chakra or the lakes to trap the Mu's in a suiton prison. If Mu goes into the water, well, Kisame would tell by the distortions made by his body, or via shark's electromagnetic sensing/smell.

Oonoki's a much harder opponent, as his large scale doton will effectively nullify many of Kisame's mid level suiton. Though, as long as Kisame can either out produce him in chakra or tear his jutsu apart with a mix of brute strength and subterranian travel, I don't see it being a lasting problem. Jinton's a bigger danger, it'll probably come down to Samehada/Kisame's fusion vs. Jinton. Depends which ya' think acts first. I'll favor Kisame, just due to the vast quantities of chakra Samehada absorbs in moments.

Not seeing how Tsuchikage's win. Samehada is too OP for Jinton anyways.

Muu have a bigger chance of winning against Kisame with an invisible sneak attack and weigh him down on the ground renering him immobile to finish him off with Jinton.
Against Oonoki could go either way. Oonoki have the elemental advantage but Kisame can outlast him depending on how things play out.

I mean....how do they counter fused Kisame in a water dome? Lightening themselves isn't a good thing to do when under tremendous amounts of pressure. So I don't see them outspeeding him.

both kages win.

after nulling water jutsu w/ rising platforms & ground fissures, onoki can fly out of range & beat the water clones w/ earth clones. kisame eventually gets weighed down & jinton'd if hes fused, or gangbanged by earth clones if he is not.

Muu will just blindside kisame w/ his invisible split half kenjutsu, using wind enhancement to lop his head off.
this works inside or outside the dome, as the weight manipulation should still work underwater by getting heavier.
the split halfs can slip out & get air in opposite directions, but I don't think this would take long enough for that to be neccessary

Jinton is useless against Kisame as long as he has samehada.
