Kisame with Sameheda would be a tought fight for Tobirama. Even though he did develope Edo, we don't know to what extent he used it or the DNA of who he had. Kisame has the water advantage, not only for being Hidden Mist, but also because of the Transformation Mode with Sameheda.

Kisame with samehada may have a chance since he will absorb the chakra out of Tobirama (but Tobirama has heaps). I think Tobirama's water expertise combined with S/t techniques wins this, although it wouldn't be an easy fight.

stop putting tobirama in vs matches when all we've seen from him is a few suitons that barely make him equal to mei. especially since kisame is SO INCREDIBLY ABOVE HIM IN EVERY WAY. we dont know who he can summon with ET so that is useless

That is nothing but hype. I doubt the anbu who claimed he was all that even knew what kisame was capable of. Kisame has created a whole river and can suck up sixtails worth of tailed beast chakra with his sword. Tobirama has no feats and no good hype. He used two jutsu in his fight with hizuren(were not that powerful). Kisame at the very least will simply out last him via chakra reserves. Don't say space/time ninjutsu because we know nothing about what he was capable of(i doubt his space/time compared to tobi, minato or kakashi's)

I'd say Kisame, because of his huge chakra and Samehada Transformation mode. But then, we really haven't seen much of Tobirama's abilities.

Because it isn't clear on what he had. It's really vague. It just says he developed it, Oro made it better and Kabuto perfected it. We don't know who Tobirama had, so it's better to leave it out. Kisame's sword...we know what it does. It's clear cut.

Because stupid his edo tensei was incomplete and we know nothing about it. Also it is fair to assume because he himself banned the jutsu he was not walking around with the DNA of any powerful ninja, and even if he was who were they?

This is Kisame having Samehada



Tobirama's water based techniques doesn't have much Chakra in them as 6 tails or 3 tails and Samehada can take Chakra till 6 tails Chakra amount. These two I think are the best water users so it's really hard to decide because there isn't any other element for the user to use against the water techniques. I'm going with Kisame, it'll not be a problem for him because if Tobirama does possibly make a terrain filled with water it'll only be better for Kisame, causing a downside for Tobirama. Don't forget that Kisame can use sensory just like Tobirama.

I love how everyone says Tobirama wins, even though we have very little feats of him, and the only notable feat he has, was restricted from this fight. Not Enough is known about him yet.

If kisame knew edo tensei I would. That jutsu is unfair. People praise kabuto as a god just for this jutsu. It'd be too much in a 1v1.

Can't you people understand, it doesn't change the match if Edo Tensei is restricted, we don't know what Edo's he has. He could have anybody so it's out of the match. If you're mad about the restrictions then make your own thread. Edo Tensei or not, it doesn't matter so does ST, he don't know how skilled he has with it.
