Kisame vs the third Raikage

LOL Killer Bee isn't faster than the Third Raikage.

Is that why Killer bee stated the only other person able to dodge his Lariat was the 4th? (Sasuke dodged simply because of Sharingan, and predicted it).

Although I doubt Killer bee ever sparred with the 3rd (could be wrong, that's speculation).

Give me proof that 3rd Raikage is faster than Killer bee. Killer bee has tailed beast level speed. Sage mode Naruto has the feat of dodging the 3rd raikage. Yes he noted Raikage are fast, but are you saying Killer Bee isn't even comparable? His and the 4th's lariat are complete because their speed is nearly equal.

Manga has also already proven 4th raikage > 3rd raikage in speed, otherwise Aye would've noted the only other person faster than him besides Minato was his father.

4th Raikage's speed is greater than both his fathers and his brothers, no disputing that.

Like you said, we don't know if Third Raikage ever sparred with Killer Bee. The Third died ages ago when Bee was still fairly young, so we'll never know.

Didn't Third Raikage dodge Naruto's Rasenshuriken twice with his speed, the first time the Third was even half blinded and still evaded at the last minute. And then dodged it again while facing the opposite way, Naruto even says Raikage are incredibly fast, before having a brief flash back with his encounter with Ay. I've never seen Naruto praise Bee's speed in the same manner as Ay and the Raikage before.

The only Jin with super fast tailed beast enhanced speed is Naruto. Killer Bee's speed doesn't match the capabilities of a Lightning cloak which pushes the bodies limits by enhancing power, speed and increased reflexes.

When Ay and Bee did their fast double lariat on Kisame, Ay was only in V1, not v2. There's no concrete proof that Third Raikage is faster (even though I believe he is with what I've seen in the manga) but neither is there enough evidence to suggest that Bee is faster than him.

Well, you see, upon the 3rd Raikage charging at Kisame with his Raiton armor activated... Kisame is faced with the tough decision on whether he'd like to save that chakra and eat it for breakfeast, lunch, or dinner. This is a tough decision indeed because they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sharks don't normally feed until the afternoon or later at night. Fortunately for Kisame, the 3rd Raikage brings an abundance of gourmet chakra with him, so Kisame can have the most deluxe of meals throughout the entire day, with plenty of leftovers for good ol' Samehada. In conclusion, Kisame feasts on almost anyone without too much struggle when he has the munchies.
