They r fighting where b and kisame fought. kisame and the raikage meet up when the raikage was heading for the five kage summit and kisame was searching for the 8 tails. No interferences, who wins???

If A had his lightning armour, K wouldn't be able to out speed him, and even if he managed to block a punch with Samehada, wouldn't the initial momentum still be there so his hit would still do a tonne of damage, throwing K backwards and making him probably drop Samy?

Plus I don't think lightning armour takes that much chakra, and since A has plenty of chakra, repeated punches would probably do the trick

Is this like kisame week? i like it XD. I say as always it depends on how much prep kisame could get in. If he fuses with samehada first I don't think he has to worry about A's lightning armor. For starters he has the elemental advantage and he would than be able to absorb chakra through his skin. Therefore any physical contact A makes would make him loose chakra. Kisame/ Samehada seems to be able suck up a huge amount of chakra very quickly so i think that he would deplete A very quickly. Also kisame is a pretty physically robust character so he could probably take a hit or 2. Add in a giant shark missle, 1000 sharks and a water dome and I think A is probably going down in this fight.

Actually I'm starting to think Kisame. It would be very close but depending on how good A is with the lightning but I'm saying 70% Kisame takes this one.

According to the little diagram yamato drew earth > than lightning. Since Kisame has a earth affinity he has an elemental advantage against A's lightning techniques. Whether he has the jutsu's to utilise this advantage is another story.
