Okay so as the title suggests.

Kisame & Samehada-they can fuse.

VS

Taka: Sasuke MS,Suigetsu, Jugo,Karin.

Sasuke in Taka has only got Amaterasu & Tsukyomi. Can't control them properly though. He JUST learnt them.

kisame has no counter for susanoo's arrow and tsukiyomi but amaterasu is enough.

kisame will die against amaterasu , he can't absorb it.

With out knowledge Sasuke Can't in no way solo Kisame ( even with knowledge I find it Highly Unlikely for Sasuke to Solo Kisame ) , with team Taka I think it'll be more like Taka VS Bee again, but this time one or more of Taka will die, I'd say Jugo!

Naruto Trivia.

While Sasuke was part of Taka, he only barely managed to use Amaterasu. But it ruined him.
He also had no Susanoo.

I don't mean Hebi Sasuke or after.

susanoo is a ethral being manifested by the users chakra. while it driaind chkra it has never said to be chakra its self.

also itachi cannot extinguish amerterasu nor can he absorb a fire technique that hot.

so regardless of weather he can heal his injuries sasuke can continue burning him

Taka wins easily!

Sasuke is far too fast for Kisame. All Sasuke has to do do is separate Samehada from Kisame with taijutsu just as Guy once did and killing him would be a breeze.

If Kisame gets hit my amaterasu im sure he can disect that part and use Sharkskins chakra to regrow it, like when he got hit by bee's lariat and regrew his chest.

Anyways.... Just at the start of the fight they will start using Taijutsu.... and as the TOPIC states they have no INFO one of the other... by the time Sasuke realize that samehada sucks up the chakra it will be too late... as you know MS sasuke was not on our top chakra users... in fact as always been ( until EMS i guess ) one of his "weak" points.. i dunno but if we see it that way just a couple of minutes of Taijutsu between those 2.. and sasuke would be exausted.... and MS uses too much chakra/stamina.

Sasuke would beat kisame alone, he has lightning style which would mess up all of kisame's techniques(turn them against him) plus kisame can't get pass susanoo. KArin would die, jugo would be badly wounded, suigetsu would be totally unharmed since he is the embodiment of water.
