If Samehada tries to absorb senjutsu, Kisame ends up with a froggy stone sword.

Any Sage is a bad matchup for Kisame at it implies senjutsu and good chakra levels. Kisame's fusion would make it worse for him.

it happened in naruto's head. He can only make a few SM clones without upsetting the balance, unless he gets kyuubi chakra

Rofl, Kisame wins both scenarios, Naruto needs to stand still to gather Senjutsu Chakra, Water Dome would take care of that and Naruto's SM chakra would be absorbed by Kisamehada with no problem as it has been shown multiple times that a certain amount of Senjutsu chakra needs to be absorbed in order to turn someone into stone, evidenced when Gakido didn't turn into stone in the moment he absorbed Naruto's Senjutsu Chakra, the only reason he turned into stone is that Naruto was standing still while Pain was absorbing his Chakra, so Naruto was able to continuously gather Senjutsu Chakra, something that won't be possible here as Naruto will be drowning in Water Dome, so Kisame can choose to either absorb Naruto's chakra completely or just let him drown .

Nauto wins... Samehade can only absorb chakra so it's not absorbing anything Naruto throws at Kisame... He doesn't need to start in Sm to win this with ease his summonings can take care of Kisame while he gets Sm ready...
