I dont think samehade can eat amaterasu either, seeing how he got burned by itachi his fire attack.

Kisame has got absolutely no counter for Amaterasu, but I wouldn't be surprised if before he goes down he lets off a Daikodan that eats up Sasuke's Susano'o, and kills him in the process. So at best a draw, but Sasuke would win most of the time.
