Sasuke. Kisame admitted his inferiority to a sick MS Itachi. Sasuke is healthy and has ems. Kisame's strong but I don't believe he's on Sasuke's level.

I dont think samehada could soak up ameterasu and kisame is not fast enough to dodge one of the ameterasu crossbow shots so kisame dies painfully in this one im afraid

He isn't fast enough to dodge a sussano arrow, and 1 of those will leave a gigantic hole in his body, heart and everything missing, + its amaterasu covered, so yea..
