Kisame is most likely to win
You do know that those strings he uses to control his puppets are chakra strings right?

Kisame, he's not as slow as people make out, it's just that he was facing B, A and Guy, some of the fastest shinobi in the manga. Samehada has been shown to react quite fast, and kisame himself avoided bee's pencil of death at point blank range, although he got a scratch the second time. if chiyo could avoid sasori's poison weapons, kisame+samehada shouldnt have too much trouble.
now, the first thing kisame does is use a technique to bring about a large body of water. that could probably be enough to wash off his puppet's poison, but nevertheless, he also summons sharks which gave guy trouble, let alone puppets which sakura broke apart by the dozen. in water, kisame also has the advantage of superior speed and projectiles travelling slower. the only question is the 3rd puppet, his iron sand and that poison gas cloud of his, although if he puts it in the water, kisame can just dispel the jutsu or even hold his breath lol
plus, samehada eats chakra, and the puppets are manipulated by chakra. that will make it quite hard for sasori to fight with the puppets if kisame gets in close range, as the sword will just keep eating the threads ie an opportunity to smash the puppet. kisame has incredible raw strength, he would use that opportunity to destroy the puppets.

What we are forgetting is, Kisame ain't stupid like Gai. If the poison enter the water dome, he could simply conseal it within a Water shark and fire it at Sasori. Also, To hit Kisame, the Puppets would have to travel into the dome and then Kisame pawns all in his dome. Don't get smart, you get the metaphore. Then there is just Sasori left, He fire's Metal attacks into water. One, iron sand would just break apart and metal rusts. I rest my case. NEXT!

And what? if poison enters , he can conceal it in a shark? that doesnt even make sense ..
And kisame is dumb,,, databooks give him 3.5 ,,,,,,gai has 3 and naruto also has 3...
Sasori has 5.....
As i said before... Anytime gai uses his water dome, he basically kills himself...
Sasori can easily go aeerial, and kisame making the battleground full of water has no use......Sasori is much smarter , and Kisame will not defeat him

Yep, but they are not what makes contact with the opponent, his puppets launch non-chakra based weapons/attacks. i.e. samehada doesn't absorb them.
