Well, he can dodge most of it if he uses water dome at the beginning of battle. Still, Sasoris poison would just spread through water, so Kisame still would be owned.

Nope. Kisame must to breathe, just like everybody else. If poisoned water will enter his system, he will be owned.

Kisame wins this all he has to do Is drench Sasoris puppets with a strong water jutsu to rinse the poison off of Sasoris puppets.

Samehada can drain the chakra from the puppets before they even get close and suck all the chakra out of Sasoris heart sack once in close range.

if he does that water bubble, sasori just has to do his poison gas cloud.... Osmosis will make the entire bubble be filled with poison, Kisame will die, and sasori won't get affected because he doesn't breathe

To put it inperpective, basically the same as when bee used his ink, and it filled the entire ball....
That would happen with the poison, and kisame would be basically killinh himself
