Tough call but I'm going with Kisame. Kisame has chakra equal of a jinchuurki plus Samehada and the stronger his opponent is, the stronger he becomes as he stated.

I believe Kisame would also win but I also feel that Sasori is at times underated I mean I once heard a dude say that Sasori is weaker then Hidan and Konan WTF.

I know man it's ridicules his a solid akatsuki member I think he is the standard for an Akatsuki member in how strong should they be atleast the perfect middle.

depends for kakuzu though if sasori inflicts him with poison does it stay in for until he completely dies or just for one heart

Thats a good question I think it does but the real question is how will it affect Kakazu 5 hearts. Anyhow I think Sasori Kisame and Kakazu are the gatekeeprs to the high tier Akatsuki level with Deidara creeping in from the low tier.
