i think orochimaru is a bit sneakier with his techs, he almost always has something up his sleeve. only thing i can really see giving an advantage to kisame besides shamehada (if this is included) is his water techs over oro's earth techs

I think kisame can pull it off with like a water dome full of sharks that attack oro xd oro can regenerate as much as he wants but he'll keep drowning

With edo oro is slight favourite.
Without edo, kisame is slight favourite

I'd have to go with Kisame, especially considering water dome. Is Samehada allowed? Because that gives Kisame an advantage. But yeah, I'd say the shark because while Oro regenerates against physical attacks he can't do much in water. Oro might be able to go underground with Manda if Kisame used the water dome, but I doubt Kisame would let him do that.

This is one of the best possible matchups in the manga, I like Kisame more but honestly I pick orochimaru he kind of just fights on a larger scale you know what I mean

since manda (as well as other orochimaru snakes) are anaconda/viper types, yes, they can swim. so the water dome shouldn't be that much of a problem.

I dont see how Kisame losses this fight at all. A lot of Oro's techs use a lot of chakra, expectially his rebirth thing. Kisame takes chakra, what ever blow he would take from Oro can also be healed.

I do remember Oro always being in close corners with his opponent which would give Kisame a huge chance of winning. The only I see Oro wining is if he had Edo or has enough chakra go into his Hydra form
