I say probably Oro since he is just way to hard to kill. Unless Kisame can somehow get enough chakra from him that he can't just shed his skin and start again.

i think its all depending on wether kisame has his sword. i think that if he had had his sword all the time he would still be alive and mildly unstopable.

If you make a thread with a character such as Orochimaru, clarify if he has Edo, is healthy, is his body rejecting him, because otherwise we can't really have a good swing at the question.

Tough to say really, but interesting, Oro and Kisame are essentially on opposite ends of the naruto spectrum, Kisame has overwhelming Chakra and relentless power (even partnered with Itachi for years as what many consider the deadliest partners in akatsuki). orochimaru has a near endless techniques to reveal from a lifetime of experimenting on himself and others, and always finds a way to keep himself alive and still in the game in some shape or form. brilliant strategist that continues to surprise us, yknow?
I think after really watching Orochimarus ability to take a beating from narutos 4tails form, and even somewhat fight on par with him, In the end I'll give it to Orochimaru, but possibly to the point where he has to make use of one of thoes rediculous ways to stay alive lol.
that being said, I still think if anyone has the power to really snuff out orochimaru by force, it would be either a jinchuriki or someone like Kisame (Tailless beast \m/ ) wasnt he credited with having the biggest chakra in akatsuki (?) :shrug:

Oro steam rolls Kisame. It wouldn't be SUPER easy but mid to low difficulty at best.
Oro has techniques, huge chakra, ranged and close range, summons, regen, and a much wider knowledge of ninjutsu.
Meanwhile Kisame has huge chakra, close ranged combat, and much less knowledge or mastered ninjutsus.
Oro mid to low difficulty.

W/o Edos Kisame because his giant lake summon could trap Oro not to mention Samehada would absorb Oro's chakra as well.
