Its obvious that kisame would crap in onokis mouth but some people have trouble accepting it.

Onoki low-mid difficulty. Samehada isn't absorbing Jinton without turning to atoms. Its absorption range limit was shown against Fireball Jutsu, and Onoki shown he could manipulate the shape of his Jinton to suit his needs. He just needs to shape it in a circular shape to atomize Samehada and Kisame all together, regardless of what defence Kisame can bring up. Besides that, Onoki has superior element for size and terrain manipulation, plus able to manipulate gravity. Kisame doesn't stand a chance.

Oonoki would atomize him. He can fly so the water dome is useless. Samehada absorbs chakra, has never been shown to absorb Ninjutsu (as far as I remember), so he is not absorbing Jinton. Oonoki got this.
