1. Daikodan is a Suiton, so it gets absorbed. Simple as that. Even if it'd counter Preta Path like Mokuryu did, Shinra Tensei would easily repel and dispel it, so its not a factor here.

2. Bansho Tennin attracts Kisame right to Nagato and he wraps him up nice and tight with Asura Path's mechanical limbs and absorbs enough chakra from him via Preta Path that he can't do anything. Or he riddles Kisame with black rods, preventing him from even moving due to Nagato's chakra paralyzing him.

None of Kisame's moves are even a factor considering they all use chakra, Deva path and Animal Path's bird pretty much screw him over regardless of his advantage.

Like I said, Nagato stomps, shouldn't even be a question.

And all the moves you mentioned would kill kisame, assumming Kisame cant destroy the CT orb before it matures
How is Chibaku Tensei killing an Edo? ;) It destroys his body while capturing him, what Kabuto intended against the Jinchuriki and Edo Itachi. Kisame can't destroy CT neither. The Kokushin will also disable him as we know how it works.

Gakido of course absorbs the Great Shark bullet. It was clear for me that Mokuton was superior to Gakido from the beginning and I was proved right. Mokuton doesn't consist of Chakra, hence Gakido can't suck it up but needs to drain the Chakra of the Mokuton, and that's the point where both techniques cancel each other, as both techniques are absorbing Chakra from the other. Not so the Great Shark bullet, which is a type of Ninjutsu which would be sucked up by Gakido entirely.

As Nagato uses Gakido, most of what Kisame can do is nullified, hence Nagato destroys him.
