Kisame vs Mu

Location: Killer B vs Kisame
Intel: None
Conditions: Mu is not Edo, Kisame has Samehada

These are two of my favorite characters so I'm not biased for either one. Some stuff you may want to consider:

-Mu can fly out of range of Kisame's water dome
-Mu can dodge most of Kisame's attacks with his sensing ability
-Great Shark Bullet can absorb Jinton if timed correctly
-Kisame is a sensor when merged with Samehada so he will know where Mu is the instant Mu becomes visible
-Sharks have the ability to sense electric signals through movement (I watched too much Shark Week)
-Kisame can use water cloens to confuse Mu and make him attack a clone instead of an orignal

I think Muu takes this. Kisame won't have time to counter Jinton when Muu will suddenly charge it out of nowhere. And earth > water

Invisability sword slash combo is countered easily more ways then one. Kisame can simply retreat underground, encase himself in a water prison, or retreat under water and summon sharks; which can sense electric signals and locate Mū if he ever comes in contact with the water, as OP stated. Jinton has a charge time and should be easily able to be countered with a GSB. Or Samehada can possibly split the jutsu in half like it did to Itachi's katon. Splitting himself isn't even a factor.

I literally countered Mū's entire arsenal within a few sentences... I don't see how Kisame loses this.

And once Kisame goes underground or in water Mū suddenly dies of a heart attack, right? :|
Kisame has to come out at some point. Mū has a huge advantage. Kisame cannot tell where Mū is due to invisibility and Chajra suppression, meanwhile Mū always knows where Kisame is due to him having so much Chakra.
Actually, soon as Kisame hides he puts himself in position where he cannot counter Jinton.

I'm thinking that once Mu goes invisible, Kisame will take some precautions and spit out his water dome, merge with Samehada, summon a couple hundred sharks, and make a few water clones (he can also have the clones merge with Samehada)

"invisible knife in the back gg" isn't happening because:

-With water clones everywhere, Mu won't know which is the original so he doesn't know which to attack. If he kills a clone, Kisame will see the clone disperse and know where Mu is
-The moment he enters the water dome, sharks will detect him due to sharks being able to sense electric signals through movement
-Even if he does stab Kisame, Samehada heals the wound and Kisame can counterattack by trapping him in a water prison
-Mu has to be holding his breath this entire time

"Jinton gg" isn't happening either, since:

-Samehada is a sensor and Kisame can detect Mu the moment he goes visible
-Kisame counters the jinton with Great Shark Bullet, which would absorb the jinton and continue on and suck Mu dry of chakra
-Samehada can probably cut the jinton in half like it cut Itachi's fireball in half

Other than that, Mu doesn't have many offensive capabilities so Kisame either wins by default through an outlast or he kills Mu with a counterattack.

I was neutral towards the beginning but now I'm around 85% sure Kisame wins.

- If Kisame merges with Samehada, He can feel Muu's chakra once Muu shows up for Jinton. The thing, what is Kisame doing against Jinton that's capable of destroying and Island?

Retreating underground is useless, due to Mu's sensory perception. Covering himself in water will leave him open for physical attacks. And Mu doesn't need his Jinton to strike Kisame; a sword while invisible is more than enough, since Kisame has no possible way of detecting him or blocking what he can't see. None of Kisame's arsenal will touch Muu, as the latter flies out range. Jinton is a dust attack, so anything physically touches it will be turned into molecule levels. And not to mention it's composed of Katon, an element Samehada can't absorb because it dislikes it.

You didn't counter anything, but through your ignorance of Mu's capabilities.

I like this match up is close but I see Kisame winning this clearly absorbing chakra sensing abilities clones water dome Muu going invisible is more of a defensive then the offensive and to kill Kisame he will have to use jinton and appear and kisame has fast reactions as we know he would merge with the sameheda and absorb jinton knife to the throat ain't happening agasint Kisame
