How can you create a vs thread and say someone cant use a technique? thats like saying itachi you cant do jutsus because your so damn fast?!

Anyway sasuke. Why? he took down danzo who was definitly stronger then kisame and he took on raikage and survived and even hit him with amaterasu which forced him to cut off part of his arm to stop the bleeding by having his comrades to cover it up.

Kisame is strong but even if he did his water pool like jutsu he would still have to find someother way to stop susanoo. Susanoo's defense is pretty solid and kisame is not very fast. Sasuke could use tsukuyomi as well which has gotten better since he now has Eternal mangekyo sharingan. good luck with that.

Sasuke wins this imo. Kisame isn't dodging ama arrows and if he decided to use great water ball jutsu chidori would just fry that fish.

also since semehada is with kisame susanoo doenst work as one cut from semehada will disapate that jutsu (as it can take jinchuriki's second form and turn it into first form, and completely absorb first form, which is way more chakra)... and yes.. susanoo is a chakra sheild...
