Kisame neg diff, Minato has around Kalshi level chakra. Kisame's absorbtion speed can drain a tailed beast cloak in mere moments. Also FTG mark is a ninjutsu and uses chakra Kisame can just absorb it effectively neutralizing it.

Imo depends on water dome and it’s effect on seals and if he could teleport out, otherwise kisame can’t match in cqc, but minatos not landing any rasengans as long as samehada is on him, unless he does some kind of faint shit. If we’re talking sm and kcm and stuff minato mid diffs at worst

Minato really has no way to put him down, any wounds to kisame will be healed by samehada, and minatos jutstu and KCM cloak will get eaten and absorbed... minato doesnt have the raw strength to oneshot kill him like the lightning brothers did...

Kisame on the other hand can transform the battlefield to his advantage in an instant... minatos chakra tags are imbued with chakra, which kisame can absorb and render ineffective... he also has the incredibly OP water dome+samehada fusion tech, and there is no way in hell minato can survive that, as he obviously cant swim faster than fused kisame...

everybody saying that minato wins is either underestimating kisame or just not thinking about both sides abilities and just wanking the minato hype
