Well my vote goes for Minato because For the Water Dome thats always moving with Kisame, Minato can teleport him and the water away from him:

As Kisame makes his way back he could drop the toad on top of the dome and Kisame:

Minato high diff, he have to watchout for chakra drain in close combat when delivering ftg rasengan.

but if he somehow didn't stop water dome, he can just summon gamabunta and epic frog jump out of that dome.

but I believe S/T will carry minato to victory at the end.

your the one who is blinded if you look at my post I never said anything about kisame beating the 4th I said it would be a good fight .... my problem with you is saying he isnt top ten or ever twenty ...... anyone who knows anything about naruto knows kisame is atleast in the top 12 and would give anyone of those people you mentioned a run for there money if not beat them

and on another note Im not blinded by being a fan boy I use logic I dont blindly say he could beat anyone unlike sasuke/itchi/minito fan boys ...

Ok then I'll admit maybe I'm underestimating Kisame a little but the thing is he still isn't top 10, then when I actually named 10 for you, you just ignored it. Also you say you use logic yet not once have you told me how Kisame could win.

There are plenty of Ninja above Kisame, he still isn't top 12.

Minato would end Kisame before he could do anything, basically as soon as the battle started. Kisame would get one-shotted right off the bat.
