Kisame vs Mei vs 2nd Mizukage

The strongest shinobi of the hidden mist imo(I'm not counting yagura because we haven't really seen much from him), who would win?

I personally think it would either be 2nd Mizukage or Kisame, more leaning toward the 2nd Mizukage.

The 2nd Mizuke has the giant clam which creates a constant genjutsu, making it hard to locate the clam and the Mizukage

And his steam clone is almost unstoppable.

What's your choice?

I am going to say 2nd Mizukage wins because I do not think Kisame nor Mei have the sensing capability's to find him, from there 2nd Mizukage could do a variety of sneak/finishing blow's to eaither Kisame or Mei.

2nd Mizukage. His mirage illusion is very tricky to counter and because of his hydrification jutsu, Mei's and Kisame's water jutsu are useless!
