No, Kakuzu wins this with all 5 hearts.

-Tendrils were so fast a Sharingan user like Kakashi couldn't react and said it was too fast.

-Katon+Futon is superior to Suiton.

-Domu tanks any Suiton's force with little difficulty being its hard counter, whereas the masks fly out of the range.

-Kakuzu's tendrils don't seem to use chakra, so they can take away Kisame's Samehada unaffected, while the 4 masks surrounding Kisame rape him.

-Even WD can be countered via Gian, which would yield both them dying. However, that would only cost Kakuzu one heart, in exchange for Kisame's sole heart.

-Samehada cannot absorb large scale Katon let alone Futon enhanced Katon which canonically overpowered Kakashi's Suiton.

-Kakuzu's speed is superior to Kakashi's top speed, which is his Raikiri speed; and by a long run at that.

-Samehada cannot absorb the mass scale jutsu coming from 5 directions, as Kisame not only has to react, but also has to command it to absorb the chakra. Similarly to Neji's air palm which is pure chakra, many of Kakuzu's jutsu can go unabsorbed.

Merged Kisame needs to activate the absorption from a particular part in his body, otherwise he will absorb his own Suiton too.

kakuzu pros:
-waterdome can be blown away w/ combos from inside
-daikodan is blown away if multiple masks r out from diff angles
-jiongo can disarm samehada
-kakuzu can fly

kisame pros:
-kakuzu cant hurt him outside of cqc range
-do'ton: shark submarine can ambush masks
-kisames stamina will gradually increase
-kisame can fuse & fight under water/spit out a lake

Well he's in direct contact with Bee's body, so the amount of water there is insignificant. Nothing suggests the water there wasn't absorbed whatsoever, nor is their any reason to believe so, unless someone is willing to suggest Kisame is incapable of absorbing Suiton.

Which is why I said he only absorbs from the part he is directing his chakra absorption from, hence he didn't absorb from behind him, while the Raiton will be hitting from all directions since it isn't conducted in a straight line.
