Kisame's Suiton has nothing on Kakuzu. On the elemental table, Dōton is superior to Suiton, giving Kakuzu a significant overwhelm against Kisame's jutsu's. Sameodori is not falling Kakuzu unconscious, giving him that Kakuzu has shown his inner body and has no lungs. His respiration will not encumber in any way during prisoned in water. While in the Sameodori, he can with ease remote-control his masks to shoot Katon + Fūton combinations to vaporize the water.​

Fireball Jutsu was shown to burn Samehada in which it would It would hit Bee for. Katon is weakness for Samehada. Kakuzu has large scale of Katon which would immensely damage Samehada to the point where it would turn into ash. Other than Samehada being defeated, Kakuzu would destroy Kisame.

I think you forget Kisame is the best Suiton user so far, so....Katon is no threat to him. Even the Katon+Fuuton was blocked then evaded by Kakashi's water wall. Once in the dome, Kisame will suck Kakuzu dry of chakra, and he does need to breathe, otherwise he wouldn't have blood. .-.

On the other hand, that is complete falsity. Blood is free of requirements of oxygen.

Blood does not need oxygen, but is a carrier of oxygen. Blood contain red blood cells to which oxygen is combined and transferred to different body organs where it is used there as fuel to burn nutrients to produce energy needed for different body activities.

I am pretty sure he absorbs any chakra in the dome. Even if he doesn't, he is outspeeding anything Kakuzu has in his Samehada+Kisame transformation. I don't know to much on Kisame, but nothing Kakuzu has puts him down. And about the blood, if blood carries oxygen to different body organs, you still need to breathe to replenish the oxygen in the blood cells. Otherwise, the organs would run out of oxygen.
