IMO Kakazu. He would have his fire win and lightning mask out, and have 2 lives (extra heart and earth heart.) Kisame would get over powered in this 4 on 1.

This is a highly situational fight. In the early stages of the fight Kakuzu is at a clear advantage, capable of bombarding Kisame with high scale elemental blasts from all sides, overwhelming Kisame's capacity to use Samehada in order to defend against all of his offensives.

However, when Kisame gets up the Water Dome (assuming he survives the initial onslaught), Kakuzu would be caught but his masks would be free since they're capable of flight. Eventually dying of chakra exhaustion/lack of oxygen, Kakuzu's mask could possibly reintegrate back into his body once Kisame dispels the water dome under the pretense his foe has been killed.

Despite being a situational battle, I say Kisame High-diff.
