Kisame Vs. Jiraya

People keep saying that Kisame is better and I searched it and there was no thread about it as far as I could tell so we can settle this arguement. I'll share my opinion later. I know that Jiraya seems like the obvouis choice but they're powers don't match up that way. Info: Final Valley. One on each statue. They have info on each other. Who Wins?
