Itachi vs Kisame
Location: Tobi vs Konan
Intent: To Kill
Restrictions: Tsukuyomi,
Knowledge: Full for Both
Starting Distance: 30m
I believe that Kisame would win as he outlasts Itachi in both stamina and chakra but I believe he may fail to keep up with Itachi's speed. Most people say there is a giant gap in their skill that I think is nothing but stuff people say to avoid Itachi's possible defeat. Susanoo is also a big problem for Kisame seeing as though he has nothing to counter it. Ninjutsu may be useless against yata's mirror as well. But how can you shield something that's all around you? Something like 1000 sharks or a giant dome of water. And how could Kisame possible get away from Amaterasu? I don't think it may be a problem as I remember sasuke avoiding them(to an extent) pretty good. I don't remember Itachi's susanoo being so fast either.
When Kisame said Itachi was stronger, I think people took that and thought that maybe that itachi was 5 plane flights above him which I don't believe. Both are great, and my decision between this match is going both sides. Avoiding Amaterasu and battling susanoo long enough for Itachi to become exhausted is a possibility. I personally don't think almost anyone could fight Kisame while exhausted. And Itachi seems to always have something up his sleeve as well.
I sound like a confused student trying to understand math.
