Juugo, Karin and Sasuke will most likely drown from Kisame's water bubble, if it comes down to that.
And Suigetsu is clearly not on the level of Kisame, and will be killed.

Even if it doesn't come down to the water bubble, i think that Hebi would still lose.
Samehada really seals the deal here, stealing chakra from people who already don't have that much chakra.

Juugo, Karin and Suigetsu would all be easy pray for Kisame, and when it comes down to Hebi Sasuke, he will most likely lose.
Unless he keeps flying around like a scaredy-cat.

Not sure how much of a factor Chidori will be here.
I think that if Sasuke uses his Chidori lance he might as well murder Samehada and win because there isn't enough water around for Kisame to use any large scale techniques.

The fight starts right the minute Karin says "we should kick this guy's butt", and hypothetical Sasuke says "Yes we should". So no it's before the lower right hand corner.

Sasuke loses this mid diff. His ability to absorb all of Sasuke's arsenal via Samehada is amazing in itself. Samehada being a creature who can inject/share chakra with him is too much for Sasuke to handle since it would logically break any form of genjutsu.
