I just don't see how Kisame harms him when all his attacks are physical and they're SUITON at that. Then again there's also the possibility that Suigetsu's ability is more advanced than Gengetsus since he was experimented on by Orochimaru but there is no evidence of this whatsoever, just my assumption so I still think Gengetsu wins.

He can't absorb him. I think its possible he can absorb the chakra Gengetsu uses for it to make him go from liquid back to solid state but that would be hard if not impossible to accomplish, especially if Gengetsu merges with a water source.

Kisame wins.

Gengetsu water body is made up of his chakra therefore once Kisame comes in contact with it he absorbs huge amounts of his chakra upon contact which would drained him drastically. Water bullet is absorbed. Joki Boy explosions are tanked and he heals the small damage it gives him. Now as for his clam GSB takes it out. All Kisame has to do is pay attention to where the clam is first summoned and then send GSB it's way. Not only will it plow it down/away it'll absorb the clams chakra.

There's also the possibility of water getting jamming up the clams Mist pumpers(I honestly don't know what those things are but im talking about these----->[

You're not makng any sense. Kisame absorbs chakra. He can't absorb a person. What you're saying is equal to saying that if Kakuzu used a Dumo arm to counter a sword slash from Kisame, his sword would absorb Kakuzu's Domu arm because its Doton. Except it wont. It would absorb the chakra flowing through the arm and revert Kakuzu's arm back to normal. With Gengetsu, he'd absorb the chakra from his arm and revert it back to the physical state since chakra is whats keeping the arm in said state.
