Well you are right. Genjutsu is out of the question but Sasuke can earn his victory if he continues amaterasu spam. Kisame is a sensor but can he dodge multiple amaterasu shuriken coming right at him? I give this fight to Sasuke with mid-high difficulty though because of Kisame's chakra absorbing capabilities which would harm Sasuke.

Make the fight MS Sasuke VS Kisame and it would be a lot more interesting.

I think sasuke would be too much for kisame. Kisame doesn't have the speed to dodge amaterasu arrows, and amaterasu which we know sasuke likes to spam a lot.

This is basically Kisame vs Dumb Itachi. Itachi would beat Kisame and EMS Sasuke would probably do the same, though with very high difficulty. MS Sasuke would get thrashed, however.
