Can you explain how kisame would win?

I'd say that they're about equal. By the time Deidara uses C4 Kisame would have fused with Samehada (or at least maybe). I'd say it's closer to a draw.

I love both of em but Ill go with Kisame, large amounts of water really do wonders for dampening explosives especially when Kisame can move so fast in it.

character-wise, Kisame is the type who likes to play with his food so i can see him shittalking deidara and his art and deidara getting emotional and screwing himself.

(I love deidara dont get me wrong but i recognize that among the akatsuki he has the....shortest fuse.... >_> )
