Location, conditions, etc everything is the same EXCEPT:

-Samehada will not betray Kisame
-Ay, Darui, and Cee will not come to Bee's rescue
-Bee's full bijuu transformation is not restricted
-Kisame's intent is to kill, not capture
-Bee does not have to protect Sabu and Ponta

Kisame already defeated him even though Samehada betrayed him and even though he didn't have killing intent.

Can go either way, but Kisame takes it more times then not imo. Not going into extreme detail on this, so I'll just touch up on key factors in this particular match-up.

  • GSB

The Great Shark Bullet can potentially wreak havoc on any bijū. Chiyo explains that the tailed beasts are a formation of chakra. Which is confirmed to be the case when Minato sealed half the Kyubis chakra within him [ ] causing it to shrink in size [ ]

Not to mention, it should be a viable counter to at least a single TBB.

  • Eight Tails Whirlwind

Being that this technique is chakra-less [Much like Gai's Hirudora]; it serves as a very effective counter to pretty much Kisame's entire arsenal... most importantly the GSB. However, the problem I see with this is that Killer Bee has no knowledge on how GSB works. So what are the chances that he would counter it correctly with the eight tails whirlwind? Considering that Bee used this very jutsu for the sole purpose of leveling out an entire forest rather then countering a projectile jutsu; in addition to the fact that Bee opts to simply tank things out with his Eight Tails form body. The only scenario I see Bee utilizing this technique, is for the sole purpose of breaking out of Kisames Water Dome.

  • Countering/Avoiding TBB's

    1) Subterranean Voyage
This technique serves as a very viable counter to both the eight tails whirlwind and the TBB. First, it should be mentioned that Bee can't even aim properly [ ] while in this form; so by swiftly taking refuge underground, it allows Kisame to avoid taking any damage from both these troublesome techniques. Thus allowing Kisame to counter effectively by surfacing right below Bee who would have no clue where Kisame would be coming from.

    2) Shunshin
First, Bee needs to create a lot of space between Kisame and himself, by any means, before utilzing his TBB's; else he'd get hurt by the blast as well. Between the very short time it takes for Bee to fire off the TBB'(s) and the time to reach it's destination; Kisame can blitz Bee; which'll not only allow him to avoid the TBB, but also allow him to swipe a good deal of chakra away from Bee, or even fire off a GSB from point blank range. Bee being so huge in this mode wouldn't even see it coming.

    3) Great Shark Bullet
As previously mentioned, I think it's very fair to say the GSB is able to counter a single TBB. The GSB absorbs a TBB, gets significantly stronger, and makes it's way to Bee.

I'd give this to Bee high diff. Will maybe elaborate later, but for one Bee never even brought out his 7 Swords Dance in his first encounter.

He did, actually..well, he tossed around some lightning swords but Kisame was capable of keeping up with his swordplay.

You mean attack Kirabi, who was trying to protect his friend, and couldn't use his best jutsu?

Forgetting his friend was trying to attack Kisame too...How does Killer bee escape Kisame's water prison jutsu

Kisame tanked a lariat to the chest and smiled.

Anyways, I think Forbidden Technique pretty much said all that needs to be said. Plus, Kisame already beat Bee ^_^

Bee stomps if blood lusted. The 8 tail whirwind is criminally underrated on the base, and that alone shits on kisame. Too bad bee fights like a clown most of the time.

Forbidden technique does a good job high lighting how this isn't a quick battle even with bijuu mode. But I still lean more closely towards Killer Bee winning.
