I don't really know about this one but I'd say tobirama takes this high diff. With no prior knowledge of each other's abilities I don't think kisame can react fast enough. Even if he can react fast enough I think the 2nd will beat him in tha long run due to his craftiness. The boy did make some of the coolest Jutsu's in the verse. Not saying that kisame not tactical cause we no shark boy is smart. It's one of those battles that you just have to watch.
